Oral Sedation Dentistry Pill at Our Office

We use a newer drug called Triazolam for our sedation dentistry. Triazolam, taken in a small dose, has been proven to help patients relax through their dental treatment. Not all patients actually sleep during the procedure. Some patients can stay awake but stay relaxed during treatment. The sedation pill allows our patients to relax and rest while they receive needed dental treatment without fear or anxiety.

We have had patients who were so fearful that they were in tears almost as soon as they entered the office. With the help of Triazolam, they were calm and able to be treated.
